Classroom, video-based, instructor-led course. This course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Students will learn critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrives.

Students will learn:

- How to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock, and other first-aid emergencies
- First aid basics
- Medical vs. injury vs. environmental emergencies

HeartSaver Pediatric Skills Only

This course is designed to meet the regulatory requirements for childcare workers in all 50 United States. It teaches child care providers and others to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. It covers the four steps of first aid and first aid.

Students will learn:

- Illnesses and injuries, included but not limited to: bleeding and bandaging, allergic reactions, how to use an epinephrine pen, asthma, drowning, bites and stings, burns
- CPR AED for children and infants
- How to help a choking child or infant

In addition to offering classes for individuals at our training center, First Support CPR and First Aid Training offers onsite training at your location. With a group of at least ten or more, we will be happy to come to your facility and teach the class for your organization. The price starts at $850 and additional $85 per persons. If the Off-site facility is outside the 10 mile radius an additional $10 per mile charge will be added to the total cost of the class. Contact us today for more details.

First Support CPR & Training is a family owned business. Our company started as a service that we provided to special need families through JLDtherapy, a pediatric occupational and speech therapy center that focuses on special needs. Soon after we started educating families, we truly started to understand that the skills learned in the class room are skills that every person should know. In addition to the family level courses offered at JLDtherapy, we wanted to expand to offer health care provider courses and reach more people with this valuable information which led us to open First Support CPR.

Tyler was awesome and made the BLS certification easy and informative. He's friendly and makes sure you have all the knowledge you need to feel competent performing CPR. Will definitely go back when I need to renew!

Called to take the CPR exam one day before the hands on class. I was instructed to do the online portion first, and by far this is the best online videos I have experienced. Videos online are well explained and they constantly have test questions in which i really like. The online videos, I suggest to take notes since it does take 4-5 hours to do. The hands on class was great. The instructor is nice and makes sure you understand everything. I am happy I chose this place.

This guy is down to earth and real. It's fun just do meet him. I got my BLS CPR last minute in less than half a day and paid 75. Well worth the cost considering: no hidden cost, close proximity to where I live, individual attention, and the stuff I learn.

Hey sign up with him, it's better than any online or group learning you will ever receive.

Having done for so many times, it's nice to actually learn something for once rather than just getting the certification.

I took the online course then got my certification here, and I would definitely recommend Tyler as an instructor! I had to change my session a couple of times, but Tyler was super understanding and accommodating. About half an hour before my session, Tyler called to remind me about my appointment and ask if I needed further directions to find the location. This class shares the same entrance with another office, but there are signs to help you navigate your way here.

There was only one other student and myself, and Tyler was extremely patient and covered all the basics with us thoroughly. The session didn't take long and ran very smoothly. I'll definitely come back here when I need to renew my certification!
